Users Privileges: Administrator has complete control over users privileges.Security features allowing you to assign passwords that limit which Menu selections is available to the user. This allows the Menus and functions of Gem Master to be custom tailored to the specific password used to gain access to the software.
Access Control for Permissions: Uses multi level tiers.
For example, you may assign a management password that allows complete access to all of the Menus and Option. However, other passwords may be assigned that do not allow access to Menu functions or Commands that allow editing of the customer, transaction or inventory records. The individual security levels that may be assigned to the Menu selections through the use of the Security and Passwords.
